In the beginning of building up this course, we emphasize on the idea of environmental protection. We not only preserve the original land forms and its planted trees (which is called Sugar-palm tree), but also pay a lot of attention to the improvement of surroundings by planting flowers and tree and increasing the number of ponds. That makes it possible for birds and animals to immigrate. And we hardly use chemicals and pesticide. After four years of planning and constructing, we finally accomplish this overwhelming course, with the international standard of 18 holes. Every hole has its specialty, fulling of both the interest and challenge of hitting the ball. Every fairway has 4 teeing ground to adjust the distance, nearly one hundred bunkers, 12 water hazards, and different width of rough to variate the difficulty. And more, with the big and tilting high-speed green, the course sure deliver high-handicap player a paradise and sometimes low-handicap a battlefield! Moreover, the golf driving range on the left side of the club house can provide you with a great place to develop your golf technics to a even better degree.

The golf course has international standard of 18 holes, par 72, 7, 077 yards, on 50 hectares of land, with a longitudinal fairway layout, designed and engineered jointly by Taiwanese and Japanese experts, focusing on bunkers for the OUT course, and ponds for the IN, The course is nicknamed " after the hundreds of sugar palm trees, one of the national treasures, in the landscape designed and cultivated under the supervision of landscapers from Thailand. The club house, a French country style. has a full range of facilities, such as Reception, Ballroom, Pro-shop, Locker Rooms, Bathrooms, Cafe, and Restaurant, capable of holding international or regional championship competition or tours, and conventions. This golf course is very Cambodge, full of all kinds of palm trees, native fruit and evergreen plants, flowers and rocks. The OUT course looks like a plain, with wide fairways, as Cambodia rich farmland.
